Keyworking

Covers all the things that keyworkers (or case managers) do throughout a service user’s treatment journey to ensure they are receiving appropriate and effective interventions and support, and to maintain momentum and safety. Includes all the usual care and recovery planning activity, assessment and review, as well as motivational work, referrals, harm reduction, etc.

Advocacy

Acting on behalf of a service user to help them make clear their views and wishes, obtain advice and information or negotiate and resolve conflict.
