The site contains a number of useful resources that service users may find useful at various stages of treatment. These include ideas on talking to family members about drug use and recovery, tips on improving sleep, recovery safety plans and weekly recovery activity checklists. The content refers specifically to the US treatment context and in this sense some resources are more readily transferable to the UK than others.
